Crunch Box Mix

Sweet, salty, and crunchy — perfect for long gaming sessions.

Ingredients (makes 4 small tubs)

  • 200g mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
     
  • 50g seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)
     
  • 50g dark chocolate chips
     
  • Pinch of salt
     

Steps

  1. Mix nuts + seeds in a bowl.
     
  2. Add chocolate chips.
     
  3. Portion into 4 small tubs or bags.

Mini Cheese & Cracker Stacks

 

Crunchy, creamy, and easy to grab while watching.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 16 wholegrain crackers
     
  • 150g cheese (cut into cubes)
     
  • 16 grapes (halved)
     

Steps

  1. Lay out crackers.
     
  2. Place a cheese cube on each cracker.
     
  3. Top with half a grape.
     
  4. Serve on a tray or store in a tub.

Flavoured Popcorn Bowls

Light, crunchy, and endlessly snackable.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 100g popcorn kernels
     
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for popping)
     

Seasoning options:

  • Paprika + salt
     
  • Garlic powder + parmesan
     
  • Cinnamon + sugar
     

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a big pan with lid.
     
  2. Add kernels, cover. Shake gently until popping stops.
     
  3. Split into 4 bowls.
     
  4. Sprinkle chosen seasoning on each.

Veggie Dippers & Hummus

Fresh, crunchy, and healthier than crisps.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 cucumber (sticks)
     
  • 2 carrots (sticks)
     
  • 2 peppers (sticks)
     
  • 200g hummus
     

Steps

  1. Wash and cut veg into sticks.
     
  2. Put hummus into 4 small pots.
     
  3. Divide veg into tubs to dip.

Bite-Size Protein Skewers

Protein-packed nibbles that feel like a treat.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 200g cooked chicken breast OR salmon fillet (cubed)
     
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
     
  • 8 cocktail sticks
     

Steps

  1. Cut chicken or salmon into cubes.
     
  2. Halve cherry tomatoes.
     
  3. Thread onto cocktail sticks (chicken + tomato).
     
  4. Store covered in fridge until ready.
     

(Veggie swap: halloumi or tofu cubes instead of meat/fish.)

Wrap Pinwheels

Soft, creamy, and bite-sized for sharing.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 tortilla wraps
     
  • 100g cream cheese
     
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
     

Steps

  1. Spread cream cheese over each wrap.
     
  2. Add spinach leaves.
     
  3. Roll wraps tightly.
     
  4. Slice into 2–3cm spirals.
     
  5. Store in fridge in tub.

Frozen Yogurt Bites

Cool, sweet, and refreshing — no guilt attached.

Ingredients (makes 12 bites)

  • 200g Greek yogurt
     
  • 50g mixed berries (chopped small)
     
  • 1 tsp honey
     

Steps

  1. Mix yogurt + berries + honey in bowl.
     
  2. Spoon into ice cube tray or silicone moulds.
     
  3. Freeze 2–3 hours until solid.
     
  4. Pop out and store in freezer bag.

Energy Bites

 

Sweet little balls of energy for long sessions.

Ingredients (makes 12 balls)

  • 100g oats
     
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
     
  • 1 tbsp honey
     
  • 1 tbsp seeds (chia, sunflower, or pumpkin)
     

Steps

  1. Mix oats + peanut butter + honey + seeds in bowl.
     
  2. Roll into small balls with your hands.
     
  3. Place on plate. Chill in fridge 30 mins.
     
  4. Store in tub for 3–4 days.
